Build your own meeting
Having worked from your home office or kitchen table over the last few months many businesses are now feeling the need to re-engage with their teams and focus on building a positive way forward to grow business. And we have the means for you to be able to do this in a safe and secure way.
Our teams have been working hard to introduce new measures in our event spaces including our high touch point cleaning program, an enhanced housekeeping regime prior to your arrival including use of a disinfectant fog; providing hand sanitiser and disinfectant wipes; and endeavoring that the rooms have not been used for at least 24 hours before your arrival. The spaces have been reviewed together with bedrooms to see how they can be combined to provide ‘bubbles’ or ‘pods’ with access limited to just your team and the service staff you request. We have identified areas of the hotel, cottages and pub that can be booked exclusively for you.
We have a few options that work, depending on your size of group. Government guidance suggests groups of up to 30 can get together up to the end of September, currently after that time groups can be larger.
Exclusive Use of The Castle Inn would be perfect for a group of 12 or so. Take all the bedrooms plus The Conservatory, with its own private patio for the meeting and breaks. There is plenty of space for social distancing. The Oak room is perfect as a breakout for up to 8 people and there is also has a small lounge for a relaxed 1:1 or quiet drink before dinner. You may also like to make use of the bar itself – a bit of well needed team building...!
Alternatively you are a group of 20 – take exclusive use of all the main house bedrooms at the hotel partnered with the first floor meeting rooms and you have a bubble of limited access with plenty of space to meet, break out, eat and sleep, there is even a private patio for outside access. Just perfect to set everyone’s mind at rest.
Once the space has been organised we will guide you through building your own meeting – you have the choice of layouts, meeting room amenities, catering style, staffing levels. All the detail planned so we deliver the event that you want.
