Build your own meeting
The time if finally here when we are able to gather together, while keeping physically distanced of course, and meet in-person. We are all looking forward to it!
And while everyone was working from their kitchen table we have been working on opening ours. Importantly opening ours in a safe and secure way. We are being creative and looking at our spaces in a whole new light to create ‘bubbles’ or ‘pods’ of rooms, allocated together that will give limited access to just those who need it.
Your event can be as secluded as you want it to be with our team on hand just when you want them. We will endeavour that the room has not been used for at least 24 hours before your arrival; will undertake our high touch point cleaning program, an enhanced housekeeping regime prior to your arrival including use of a disinfectant fog; and provide hand sanitiser and disinfectant wipes.
Maybe you are a group of 18 who need to meet for a couple of days, focus on moving your business forward and know you will all be safe. Book our pod of Wentworth, Marlborough and the brand new, Homespace. They work together as your meeting room, catering room and a breakout or coffee break space, also giving outside access directly into the grounds. Partner this with a corridor of bedrooms where housekeeping access only on request and we have the most safe environment for your team.
Once we have the space you need assigned we will build your meeting from scratch, ensuring all the details are just to your liking. The choice of layouts, meeting room amenities, catering style, staffing levels is all your choice and we will guide you though it every step of the way
