When you check in and have booked with us direct, if we have availability in the next room category, we'll upgrade you for free! Naturally this is *subject to availability as sometimes we get fully booked and don't have the next room type available.

When you're visiting Pennyhill Park or South Lodge, we have extended our spa access for guests booking direct to 2pm on the day of your departure. We think it's the perfect way to end your stay on a really relaxing note. It's quite a bonus too - if you were booking through an online travel agent you would only have access until check-out in the morning. 

We like to make your stay as relaxing and easy as possible, so when you book direct, we're giving you the option to pay for your whole stay on departure, rather than when you arrive. This way you can get straight down to business, whether that really is a meeting, or perhaps just "an appointment" to enjoy a relaxing bath or walk to explore our beautiful grounds! It's worth reminding you that some of our special offers are a pre-pay price, so you will be paying for your room when booking and the rest of your stay on departure.
