In line with government guidelines, guests are required to wear a face mask when moving around the inn and in public areas, unless you are enjoying food and drink

There are mandatory tasks where our team members are required to wear masks, however, where guidelines do not apply, wearing a mask is left to their personal discretion

Please demonstrate physical distancing to keep yourselves, fellow guests and our team as safe as possible

Please note our team members are not able to police government guidelines, so please be considerate to others at all times during your stay

We invite all guests to check in from 3pm and ask that you have checked out of your room by 11am

If you arrive before your room is ready, or want to explore the grounds after after check-out, we do ask you store your luggage in your car if possible to minimise contact with your belongings

Yes, it's free of charge, unless you have booked a special rate, until 48 hours before arrival, after this time the full charge applies

Our Open rate is non-refundable, but can be transferred to a different date within a year's period, when giving 7 days notice

All other special rates cannot be cancelled or transferred, so please check the rate details when booking

Yes we do have The Loft gym available for use in the Clubhouse at The Manor House. Gym sessions will need to be booked in advance to manage safe numbers and cleaning in our gym. You can take a look at the gym safety measures being put in place by clicking here

We also have a tennis court and running maps available from The Manor House hotel reception

We have cots available for free and z-beds for children under 12 for £20 per night, per child. Call us to check availability and capacity for your preferred room type

Dogs are welcome in the pub but if they are having a funny five minutes or causing upset for our other guests we will kindly ask if we can relocate you outside or to another area. Our bedrooms aren't currently dog friendly

Yes, we offer complimentary WiFi throughout the resort

Chippenham Train Station is nearest to us which is 6.5 miles or a 16 minute drive away. There is a permanent taxi rank at the front of the station

Whilst we don't have a pool or spa on site, beauty treatments are available in The Potting Shed at The Manor House. These are subject to availability, please ask for more details

We love to welcome all our guests and strive to ensure the premises are accessible as possible, though naturally spaces in a 12th century building can be quite difficult
