Build your own meeting

The Bothy – for a small essential meeting that requires dedicated meeting, dining and sleeping spaces look no further.  A four bedroom cottage in the grounds of South Lodge with a lounge, dining room (and/or boardroom) and kitchen with a private garden is perfect for ensuring you are bio secure while you visit.  Each bedroom is en-suite and the kitchen can be the domain of a private chef or just the catering drop off point. More delegates can be accommodated close by within the hotel, with local access – less than a minute away.  A truly secure environment.

Alternatively, for greater numbers, we can allocate a whole floor of the South Downs Wing – a large main meeting room, catering room next door and break out room off the same foyer – with plenty of space for socially distanced coffee breaks.  Bedrooms would be allocated together off one corridor.  Breakfast, breaks, lunch and dinner – including the all-important pre dinner drinks – in your private catering room would ensure your group keep together yet apart from any other guests.  The meeting rooms will be set up just as you need and with good weather access to the grounds is guaranteed!  

In an undertaking to ensure you and your team are as safe as possible, will carry out our high touch point cleaning program, an enhanced housekeeping regime prior to your arrival and throughout your stay including use of a disinfectant fog; and provide hand sanitiser and disinfectant wipes.  

Once we have the space allocated we will work together to build your meeting from the ground up, ensuring all the details are just as you want them.  The choice of layouts, meeting room amenities, catering style, staffing levels is all your choice and we will guide you through it every step of the way.
