Latymer
Latymer is our fine dining restaurant, offering bold flavours in dishes using locally sourced ingredients inspired by the seasons. Awarded a Michelin star for 2021 and 4 AA Rosettes, you can experience exquisite tasting menus for both lunch and dinner service. Latymer is situated in one of the oldest parts of the original house at Pennyhill Park. It has an intimate and luxurious feel with wooden panelling, a beamed ceiling and rich plush fabrics throughout.
£20 deposit per person is required at booking.

Sunday: 12pm to 1.30pm.
Dinner
Wednesday to Sunday: 6pm to 7.30pm.
Please note: Latymer is an adult only environment to retain a calm atmosphere. We have other options in The Brasserie restaurant for children under the age of 12.
Chef's Table & Bespoke Events
In the heart of the kitchen is a table seating 7 - 8 guest for private celebrations. A true dining experience overlooking the team of culinary artists at work. Chef's table can be reserved for all restaurant services. For all the details and costs please call our reservations team.
For those extra special occasions, where nothing but the best will do, speak to our events co-ordinators who will arrange for you to meet with the team in order for them to create a bespoke tailored menu and wine pairing especially for you. He will then oversee your entire personalised event with his team ensuring your event will be remembered forever.
