Build your own meeting

If you are a small group just looking to get together for the day or two look no further than The Power Room – designed by Eddie Jones as an RFU strategy team HQ – a boardroom for 6 – 8 with social distancing.  It has its own lounge perfect for informal catering, outside access to a private patio and bathroom facilities.  You can stay secluded with our team on hand just when you want them to be, no intrusions or unnecessary contact.   We will endeavour that the room has not been used for at least 24 hours before your arrival; will undertake our high touch point cleaning program, an enhanced housekeeping regime prior to your arrival including use of a disinfectant fog; provide hand sanitiser and disinfectant wipes.

Or perhaps you are a larger group looking for a meeting room, syndicate and dedicated catering room – the Terrace wing will would be perfect.  A collection of 4 event rooms, with WC’s and foyer perfect for break times, the whole area easily sectioned off just for you. Partner this with bedrooms allocated in the Gatehouse accessed by a single corridor and again you have a bubble of safety for the whole team.

Once we have the space allocated we will build your meeting from the basics up, ensuing all the details are just as you want them  The choice of layouts, meeting room amenities, catering style, staffing levels is all your choice and we will guide you though it every step of the way.
