Build your own meeting
With the country working from home for the last few months we are all in need of a bit of face to face time to get business moving forward and team members to re-engage with their colleagues, get motivated and re-focus on the way ahead.
Here at Lainston House the team have been working hard to ensure we are re-opening ready for business. Getting creative with our event spaces and being innovative in the way we welcome you and your team in the safest and most secure way.
We have identified a number of event ‘bubbles’ or ‘pods’ that can be assigned just to your group, limiting access so other people are not able to go into your areas – other than the team members you ask for.
A perfect example would be a group of 14 taking exclusive use of the Chudleigh Court area bedrooms and Season, our cookery school. No your team won’t need to cook their own meals – unless they want too of course! Season has a large social space with a long table perfect for a round table meeting, built in AV and plenty of space for socially distanced coffee breaks. Truly swapping your kitchen table ‘desk’ for ours! Lunch can be prepared by chef and served informally in the kitchen classroom just next door, or why not take it outside. While your guests refresh after a productive day’s meeting, the dedicated service team will set the table for dinner, taking all the necessary precautions. Alternatively if you want a change of scene another dining room could be reserved.
Your stay can be as secluded as you want it to be with our team on hand only when you need them, no intrusions or unnecessary contact. We will endeavour that the room has not been used for at least 24 hours before your arrival; will undertake our high touch point cleaning program, an enhanced housekeeping regime prior to your arrival including use of a disinfectant fog; provide hand sanitiser and disinfectant wipes.
We will work with you to ‘build your own meeting’ ensuring all the details are just what you want and feel safe with. The choice of layouts, meeting room amenities, catering style, staffing levels is all your choice and we will guide you though it every step of the way.
