Your cookery class will take place in the state-of-the-art kitchen and beautiful converted well house that makes up Season Cookery School, or within our beautiful grounds and kitchen garden at Lainston House, just outside Winchester.

Paired up at a workstation in the kitchen, you'll have the opportunity to learn from our award-winning and Michelin starred chefs from the Exclusive Collection, as well as external experts you may have seen on MasterChef or Bake Off Crème de la Crème. We have a variety of classes to pick from, whether you're looking to sit back and watch a demo whilst sipping on a glass of wine, or looking to hone your skills on a half or full day class.

Join one of our cookery experts in an exciting full day or half day class where you'll come away with a whole new set of skills having mastered a cuisine - a great excuse to call a dinner party and show off at home to friends and family! You will enjoy the meal you create with a glass of wine and still have some food to take home (along with your very own Season apron!). 

You can choose to enjoy your luxurious overnight stay with us either the night before your class or the night after, whichever suits you best! Take your pick from our wonderful selection of rooms and suites, some with their own outdoor space and even their own steam room (Wolvesey Suite)! 

Whilst you'll be making lots of incredible delicious dishes during your class, you are welcome to join us for dinner in The Avenue or casual dining around the hotel during your stay. Dinner can be added when booking online and our casual dining menue is available all day in The Cedar Bar, terrace and lounge spaces.

Join Cookery School Manager, Sylvain Gachot, and watch him demonstrate a number of dishes whilst you sit back with a glass of bubbly or something soft and sample the dishes as he makes them. As a bit of a show and tell, there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions during the demonstration.

After you've whet your appetite enjoying some of the demonstration delights, head over to The Avenue restaurant for an incredible dinner for two before heading to the bar, sitting out on the terrace or retiring to your room for a peaceful night's sleep.
